OPC Loan Fund
Gifts to OPC Loan Fund are used to fund the SAFE Fund (Supplemental Assistance Fund Endowment).
The SAFE Fund was created by the Board of Directors of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church Loan Fund at its meeting on September 15, 2004. It’s purpose is to assist churches within the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (whether mission works or organized congregations) which are seeking to secure their first real estate holding and are unable to do so because, ordinarily, the average real estate values in their area are so high that, on that fact alone, they are unable to qualify for a loan (based on all other Loan Fund policy guidelines); the directors will make the sole determination of the applicability of a congregation’s situation and potential for a SAFE loan.
